Demanding Answers from FNB

This bank is so evil, they putted a hold on my account, I went through a lot after they put a hold because I was having personal and business account, I got depressed and I lost my baby through miscarriage, on the case process they found out that there was no ***** in my accounts Though they are the one that put me on ***** suspicion which had no proof they don't want to pay my compensation, I have a confirmation letter from FNB that after completing their investigation they did get ***** on my account but they don't mention anything about a compensation that I ask to them, and the letters they have no signatures I have to pay the lawyers for the case to go further, I have the recording and the affidavit from my business partner where she is confirming that she never open a case of ***** against after transferring the money in my account
