DEMAND DEPOSIT

My credit card was handed over to legal dept which i made an arrangement with that i will pay R1500 per month, and R2000 on the 18th December 2015<br> <br> 2 times in a row they deduct money from my cheque account, which is money for school for my child . I payed everytime succesfully and as my salary came in they deducted R350 on the first time and R3500 TODAY 15th December 2015<br> i sent communication to PHETHENI BALOYI and CUSTOMER SERVICE, got proofs of read receipts, but still no one has come back to me.<br> <br> I want answers and my money returned because i did not sign any legal documents authorisimg them to deduct more than what they were supposed to. <br> <br> I Have also cancelled the DEBIT ORDERS, for the credit card, as i was paying it manually.
