Delivery surprise

I've tried on numerous occasions to call and reach you, after keying in my ID number the system will cut the call time after time. Today is no different. The system requires me to verify via the app, then cuts me, clearly you already know who am I, why don't you do a follow up.

Today my problem is regarding the devices that was Judy delivered, I am almost certain I app**** for A52, I just got A22 and I'm not willing to accept it. How do we go about this?
