Delivery Query

I am so disappointed in Take a lot delivery's. I ordered an FNB card and it was supposed to be delivered today Monday 13th, I didn't even go to work because last time I ordered my bank card with FNB same think happened to me. The take a lot delivery guy was rude to me when I explained to him that I was at work and asked him to meet in town but instead he decided to take my card to FNB branch. I work in town just few meters from FNB but problem am always busy at work and avoiding the bank queues. At least if take a lot communicated with me today I was going to understand. So what's gonna happen tomorrow? The whole day you have been quiet, am not happy
