Delivery of expired card-BAD SERVICE

I have on the 30 January 2023,informed FNB that my non-res card will be expiring at end March 2023,and a new one to be issued and couriered to me(Actually,I should not be informing,as FNB should know).They have been continuous chatter about delivery adress,of which I have given three times in the communication,and I am still waiting for some confirmation or delivery date or something…I will be leaving in the first week of April on vacation,and please require this to be delivered prior.
