DELIVERY OF CREDIT CARDS RULE CHANGED

What a lot of trouble inconvient and FNB clients not even informed or given an option. I had been waiting for more than a week for my credit card notification for collects when I recieved an sms requesting I call them and saying they have tried to call me for delivery of my credit card. I tried phoning back to not ahving the phone answered at all. In fact I ran out of airtime holding on. Lucky I had to come into the office since I am in the field with my career everyday. Trying again with no answer. I went into FNB and again no answer until after 20mins. I had to speically come into the office to recieved my card of which I ahve not had as yet. Again trying to contact them, they say they do not have coummincation with there drivers nor trcaker. I rep**** I do not work for Mr D Courrier nor FNB so how do I make a confirmed time to recieved my credit card. I have a high profile career and cannot just sit around waiting indefinetly. Oh they sugusested I get some-one else to sign for the credit card????? Absolutely very disappointing no service and by the way you can have your credit card delivery to the branch for a cost of R250. FNB Motto "How can we help You" well hello there is no service for credit card division anymore so how can you help me???. And further to my discussion I was informed by FNB that the branches are only for Gold and below.
