Delivery of cheque card now going for 3 weeks!!!!

I do not want to do this but after nearly 3 weeks of struggling to get my cheque card I think this should be said. I had to stop my card on the 19th of June due to ********** transactions. I was told my card would be delivered in 3-7 working days but to date I have not received my card. Every time I call or chat on the app I get told a different story why I have not yet received my card. It is now nearly 3 weeks since I stopped my card. I am absolutely dissapointed and disgusted with the service of FNB. I must now inconveniently make payments to my husband's account to use my own salary. This is gone to far. FNB this is not acceptable AT ALL!!!
