Delivery delay

The customer service for fnb connect is pathetic. Placed an order for devices on monday 13/09/2021 and the promise on the sms sent was that the order will be delivered not later than the 16th. Called the company working with fnb connect as directed in the communication sent (digital planet) only to find that the order was not ready for pick up by the couriers. When I called this morning the17th the order was still not collected for delivery. This has been a huge inconvience on my side because I had to ensure that im at home for the delivery since Tuesday. Today its friday and the order is still bot delivered.
