Delivery Dealings

Hi All,

Last week I had a dispute about my credit card with communication and what information was given.

***

A new card was organised and to be delivered to my place of work 02/12/2015 between 8 - 4.

Courier called me at 15:30 saying he might not make it by 4, if I could give him a call when I leave the office. I called him at 5pm saying im leaving.
He asked me if I could meet him on the highway somewhere to deliver my card.

HOW IS THIS ACCEPTABLE????

As my call with Gloria with above reference number, I needed this card urgently by Wednesday 02/12/2015 and that the service was shocking up till Thursday 26/11/2015.

Now I get this type of service???

Im currently trying to get hold of someone at your call center to try explain this to me.

As I see it, FNB has gotten too big to care about its customers and service. They just take the monthly fees and move on.

I expect a call from somebody with authority regarding the above by end of day. If not, you will be losing another customer.
