Delivery confirmed but did not delivery
I received a call from a from one of their consultants who asked me to confirm my personal detail which I could not as I was in a busy public area. I later received an SMS saying they couldn't get hold of me even though I spoke to the lady who dropped my call because I couldn't confirm my details at the time. I later telephone the contact center number and spoke to a gent in the CPT branch who confirmed that my delivery will take place between 11am & 4pm. I even received a confirmation SMS stating that, but even as of today, I still haven't received my card or even a phone call to say there are delays. Its 2 days later, I have spent hours on the telephone today trying to get through and when I finally get through, my calls kept being cut (this happened 3 times). I still persisted on calling wasting all my airtime on them holding for hours on end. I finally spoke to a lady by the name of Nicole who advised me that my delivery has been sent to the wrong depot (reason unknown). She said I will wait another 2 more day (added to the 2 days Ive already waited) - this now will make it a week with no receipt of delivery.
I seriously have no idea why FNB are still using this *********** courier service for their deliveries. We are paying clients and deserve to be treated as such. I am just livid at the service I have received so far.
