Delivery cancelled without the customer's knowledge. What a disappointment FNB.

I ordered a smartphone from FNB last week Monday and Friday last week a parcel was delivered but did not get it due to miscommunication from FNB and corrier company RAM. I laid a complaint this week and I spoke to Privan and Lesego from FNB. They apologized and reassured me that I will get my parcel today the 08th of June 2018. Apparently they organized everything for me with the corrier company and Lesego told me that all is sorted and ready for delivery to be today. I went to the meeting point as they suggested and as the same as the previous one. I then called FNB to try and track my parcel only to find out that it was cancelled by whom I don't know. I took leave at work twice in 2 weeks to get this parcel but no I didn't and for the second time. I have never been so humiliated in my entire life, FNB people making a fool of me twice. I spent money to come here for the delivery and I am certain that I will not be refunded whatsoever. What really happened to good customer service FNB? I'm disappointed really and I think we as people are not taken seriously anymore. I don't know what else to do anymore. How can 2 consultants from FNB tell me everything is well sorted and organized but when I call to check how far is my parcel I'm told it was sent back/cancelled without my knowledge?
