Delivery and Courier

A while ago I ordered a FNB Connect sim-card. When the courier company called to arrange delivery they told me that they cannot deliver at a time that suits me best, at ( work 8am to 2pm) or ( home from 2pm). I then arranged for delivery at my home address on a day that someone is home, they had all necessary documents handy and the couriers just didn't come. Eventually I got an SMS saying my order has been cancelled when in fact I still wanted the product. A month after I saw my cheque card is due to expire soon and that FNB did not send any notification regarding ordering a new card. So I ordered a new card and arranged for delivery at work on a Thursday. I then realized that I am off that day so I cancelled the order. On Thursday the courier phoned again to arrange delivery anyway. I told them I am at work on Friday. So on Friday at around 12am the courier arrived. it took me 7 minutes to walk from my desk to Receiving and he was not there, I then phoned him on his cellphone and he turned around. Upon login in to my Online Banking wanting to activate my new card it said my card has been cancelled. Not an hour later the next courier company sends an SMS wanting to arrange delivery of the same card. Unacceptable service from both FNB and their couriers. No communication between FNB and the Couriers. In future i would like the option of delivery of collection from my branch!
