Delisting letter huddle

I am beyond disappointed with FNB, following my review I received an email informing me that my name had been delisted from the South African ***** Prevention Services however now the issue is that the ***** Team Leader Yoliswa Doyisa has since ignored my request for the formal letter confirming that the delisting has in fact taken place, despite having reached out multiple times since I received the said email. This has placed an obstacle in my livelihood as I am not able to move forward with certain decisions including finances, future employment and other opportunities.
