Deliberate sabotage!!!!!

<p>I opened my account in woodmead 2 years ago, since then FNB has gone out of its way to make my life hell.</p> <p>I have had hundreds of issues with this bunch and every time i never get a proper response. In the meantime FNB decided that my relationship banker is now in Delmas!!!!!</p> <p>I never gave them permission to do this but in typical fnb *********** style its the norm.</p> <p>Today i went to the petrol station and of course the transaction was declined 5 times before it worked. I end up looking like an idiot due to this but of course this is part of fnb's plot against me.</p> <p>Someone at fnb is deliberatley sabotaging my account for some reason or the other as nobody else has this type of problem!</p> <p>I'm sick of fnb, they never ever bother to respond to complaints and the ombudsman also never investigates complaints but dismisses them.</p> <p>To make matters worse i have personally seen on their idiotic system that i complain too much and that my complaints should be ignored!!</p> <p>Pathetic, useless, ***********, arrogant, inefficient mob.</p>
