Deleting duplicate profile & Family linking

Duplicate profiles blocks Family linking on profiles. FNBNext account needs to be linked otherwise account fees are subtracted. Call centre could not assist - Branch consultants could not assist. Issue was escalated but NO feedback. Fees are still subtracted because FNB can not link to Family profile.
