I app**** for a very small silly loan of 7k. I emailed through the documents they asked for. They phoned me to ask for an id. I sent the id. I get a message again they want the same documents. I call, they confirm they have it. They escalate, an hour later they want 1 of the documents they said they have AGAIN. over it.
