Delays in registration process by FNB
Waiting 3 weeks for FNB to provide the final proceed on bond application. Final documents sent in on the 28.01.2021 to satisfy the condition of loan, to date no final inspection has been booked, let alone completed. Delaying the registration of my property despite the Bond attorneys escalating numerous times. Extremely disappointing service for a first time home buyer - expect so much more from my bank of 15 years.

25 Feb 2021, 10:39Good day FNB, although it took a complaint to get my issue resolved, I must commend all of the FNB staff members that attended to my complaint. It was handled in a professional and courteous manner and most importantly with a sense of urgency. I sincerely appreciate the attention and effort by FNB to resolve my complaint.
