*** delays in refunds

Good day, i made a transfare by mistake and immediatley notified the bank of this error. but no i have to wait 10 days for that money. cant you just walk into a branch and sho proof that you made a mistake and themoney be reversed to you immediatley.

this needs to be looked into otherwise i am no longer doing eft's rather look forother vendors who will give me a sametime service
