Delays in processing of forex transactions by FNB non resident banking team

On Monday 7 June 2021, l was expecting a forex transaction ( USD Deposit) into my FNB Non resident Bank account. Unfortunately this did not go through. Today (8 June 2021) I tried to follow up with respect to the pending transaction by calling FNB non resident banking team, without any luck as their phone was not going through. I sent an email 2 hour ago to the non resident center and there has been no response yet (not even an acknowledgement of receipt of the email). I am disappointed by the delay in processing the USD deposit into my non resident bank account, as l need to settle bills which are over due.
