Delays in finalising claims from FNB car insurance

Getting information on my policy claim from FNB has been a frustrating process. They will drag their feet to telI you how far the process has gone. At one point I was told the person handling my claim is away. The lady even failed to respond to emails when I made enquiries. I had to call FNB regularly because they don't give feedback unless you pester them with phone calls. The accident happened early March and the car was declared a write-off. They are still deducting the premium for the writen-off vehicle on time but fail to give updates on the claim.
