Delaying Bond Registration

I have purchased a property for which the seller's loan is with FNB. In order for me to proceed with my bond registration FNB need to supply the transferring attorney with cancellation figures however this is only valid for two weeks. According to the attorney this is not the norm and have written a letter to the bank two weeks ago to request a final cancellation figure which has still not been received. This is delaying the registration, to me the purchaser terribly and has great personal inconvenience and financial impact. The registration will be delayed for another month and I was supposed to have taken occupation in September but due to this delay will now not happen. I will be happy to explain the implications to the respondent in order for FNB to understand the weight of this issue. Please treat with urgency. [Email Removed]
