Delaying and NO feedback from FNB

My name is Sello Makhalemele and i have a complaint about FNB Homeloan. I'm selling my vacant stand to your client Fikile Mashinini and FNB approved his loan but now the process is stalling, the guy that he's dealing with is not processing his paperwork and also doesn't respond to calls and emails. The deed of sale was signed on the 19/09/2019 already and requested documents forwarded but no PROGRESS as yet. Can this issue please be escalated to the relevant department. The FNB personnel that is delaying and not responding to calls and emails is Neil Hendricks Ref No:***.
