Delayed Will Submission by the Branch

On 14 March 2025, I submitted my signed will at the Mall@Reds, Centurion branch. However, FNB Fiduciary has yet to receive it. The representative at the branch explained that the individual responsible for handling wills was occupied at the time, and she assured me that she would pass the document along for submission to FNB Fiduciary. Unfortunately, I did not receive any reference or tracking number. I had hoped the process would be completed by now to qualify for the eBucks points.
