Delayed Virtual Card Transactions Transactions Not Reversed As Promised

I've been informed that there were delayed virtual card transactions from December 2024, and that the bank will process the transactions on the 23rd of January 2025 All of my transactions were already deducted from my Available Funds, and transferred into my Balance. Due to having to live off a strict budget, I make note of every transaction on my account. Fees were deducted again on the 23rd January 2025, and that lead to me going into arrears, which I had to pay from my savings account, which was not supposed to be used for paying for mistakes made by the bank. Promisses were made that the fees will be reversed. Up untill today I haven't had any feedback except that it's being looked at. I've requested feedback, and had multiple conversations regarding this, and yet still no answers as to what is going on. The fact that the transactions were made again before the 25th is ridiculous as well. Costing me more money in the end which I don't have. I moved from Capitec to FNB due to reasons like this, thinking that it's going to be better with FNB, and clearly it's not!

Good day

Here is my previous complaint reference ***, which has been provided to me on the 27th of January 2025, also informed any feedback or updates will take 3-5 busniess days, and yet still nothing even after requesting feedback on the 11th of February 2025 after no response to my reply that's been made on the 31st of January 2025.

Thank you

I was informed that it has been reversed, but there is no proof on my banking app, and the amount that has been informed about is the incorrect amount. They have tried to explain to me how transactions work when it comes to the Merchants and the Balance on the app, multiple times after I've informed them I know how it works, as I'm not a new to banking. I've never had to deal with such an ******** bank before. Clearly, my eamils/complaints are not being read properly, as they are not making an effort to understand what the issue is about. My bad review will stay, and I will be looking for a new bank instead of dealing with this any further and to avoid this from happening again.
I should've listened to the people who've warned me not to bank with FNB
