Delayed Virtual Card Transactions: over a month - you are *****ing FNB

I woke up this morning with less in my account than when I went to bed, no debit order no info just a new, lower balance - with a message saying transactions from December 2024 (25/30 Dec) how can you as a bank run cards a month later now - in my mind, I spent the money last year got the notification and all of a sudden now you are taking the money again this is ***** FNB !!!!!!!!!!!!
