Delayed Transactions from FNB

How can FNB experience a delay in processing virtual card transactions for literally almost a month between 25-31 December 2024. now my account is in like a minus R***x. I am now short again for the following month????? How can we budget if you guys cannot even give us an accurate and timeous reflection of our balances. Am I going to be compensated for FNB’s errors? I am getting so sick of all these issues with FNB
