Delayed Service
I had disputed two unauthorized debit orders. One of was refunded to me but the one for R175.00 still hasnt. It's now been over 40 days with no payment being made to me. This is taking far too long as it is my money and I am entitled to it. I didn't ask to be debited. Please note I await feedback from FNB

07 Dec 2022, 16:08I received an email advising me my matter has been resolved and that an amount of R589 was refunded to me on 2 December 2022. However as you will note from my initial complaint I am waiting for the amount of R175.00 to be refunded. Await urgent resolution
