Delayed Paypal transfer

I see that a lot of people are complaining about the delay clearing Forex and Paypal payments. Sadly, I'm going to have to add to these complaints. Like others here, I transferred money from Paypal last week and am still waiting for it to reflect in my account. Worse, it is impossible to get hold of your relevant departments.

When I phoned the relevant number, it just rang. When I tried again, I got through and was hang up on. I emailed the paypal enquiries for FNB and received an automated response saying that I would receive a proper response for my query within 24 hrs. That time period has passed and I received no response.

So I'm hanging in limbo. At one point, FNB was doing well with clearing Paypal transfers and they reflected within 1 - 3 days as promised. But recently, it seems like there is an issue with you guys and once again, a Paypal transfer takes forever to clear and there's no set time for when it becomes available.

Considering that overseas, it reflects within one's account within a day or so, FNB needs to come to the party!
