Delayed payout. Very unhappy
I have been struggling to get my re-advance payout for more than a week now. Every time I have to call them for feedback and not the other way around. They keep saying it is escalated but nothing is happening. This is not the support I am used to at FNB, they are always so good and helpful.

02 Dec 2021, 09:38I got a call from the complaints department yesterday and they advised they will sort this and advise what is happening. Still no feedback and the relevant people are not replying to any of my emails. This is really frustrating.

This is the worst service I have received by far. The payout was supposed to be on the 24-25 already. How I am paying the new bond installment already but I haven't received the money?
