Delayed payment(every second day there's an issue)

Fnb is at it again with my pre paid amount.Guys as always I really need that money every second day there's something new.Iam falling behind on my debts waiting for this money,my roof was also damaged by the rain of weeks past.Can someone please speed up this process.and dnt call me telling me that my issue has been escalated.Please deal with my issue like Iam one of your private bankers please.
