Delayed Late Estate verification dispute, ********* behavior towards clients

Good day I opened a Late Estate Account on the 11 February 2025 , I was informed that it will take 31 days to verify documentation then only after that I will be able to transact on the account. On 12 March 2025 I tried to transact but I got the error message that my transaction was not permitted. I called the call centre at about 9:30 but I was informed that I need to go into the branch as my cell no has changed. I went to the Cnr Sauer Street Branch, the consultant explained to me that it is still the verification of documents that restrict me from transacting .I called again on 17 March and was informed that my waiting period was indeed over and I needed to wait an additional 7 working days to respond but the consultant could not advise whether the problem would be resolved or not. When opening this account I did not anticipate difficulty in obtaining my own money . I am so disappointed in the way FNB treats his clients and withholds information upon opening accounts, or gives minimum or no information at all regarding the client's own funds which is much needed.
