Delayed closure of FNB card

I went into a branch to close my credit account and settled the remaining balance. I completed the account closure form and was advised it would take a few days (1-2) to close.

It's almost a week now and the account is still not closed. Please arrange for your administration department to expedite this closure since I don't want to be liable for any additional fees due to your failure to close the account in a timely manner.
