Delayed Business card Delivery ... Not a great Start!

I am currently not happy with the experience I am receiving from FNB regarding opening a Business account. A lady called me last week and advised my card will be delivered. But I have been waiting in vain and no one cares to update me ... Should I still count on FNB or look for some alternate?

I honestly am disappointed with the turnaround time. I wanted to card asap!!
