Delay with paid up letters
I paid up my loan and credit card on 15 April 2025, still waiting for paid up letter and the accounts to be removed on my profile.

31 Jul 2025, 00:34The other issue that is frustrating; they said I will get a paid up letter in 45 working days however is almost 4 months nothing is happening. More than 60 working days has passed, still nothing and interests are still adding on the open accounts. The worst experience ever.
