Delay of money

We were waiting for payment of more than 10k the payment was made but FNB seems to have this new security rule that the person who made the deposit must first make a phone call to verify its from their account before the money is released then only will FNB release it ,in this case the person did make the phone call and the money was deposited but FNB didn't release it yet and two three phone calls had to be made ,this creates problems on the receiving end especially doing wages ,this can create problems this is not sufficient service from FNB delaying things ,yes we must be cautious ,FNB must find another sufficient way of dealing with security checks becos if payment is made let it reflect in the other person's account sort out the security issues this delays is not acceptable
