Delay in unblocking account as instructed by court

Court issued a court order for the unfreeze of my bank accounts. To this date my bond account and Revolving facility accounts are still frozen. Only cheque account that has been unblocked. You were quick to block all of them, now you don't use the same energy to unblock all of them. What's the delay?
