Delay in proceed from FICA for bond registration

<p>I would like to express my dissatisfaction due to a lack of service that myself and the purchasers of my property received from FNB during the transfer and registration process. The purchasers’ bond was approved during May 2016 and the purchasers’ paid a deposit to secure the full purchase price. Up to date the bond registration attorneys are still waiting for FNB’s proceed to lodge the matter in the Deeds Office. The delays were caused by one of the purchaser’s passport being renewed and not being FICA compliant according to FNB. According to confirmation received from the transferring attorneys, the bond registration attorneys did provide FNB with a new passport a while ago and they are still waiting for their proceed. As an FNB client I find this utterly unprofessional and because of the delay caused by FNB I have suffered a financial lost. </p>
