Delay in feedback from FNB

Hi logged a QUERY with Fnb Homeloans on Tuesday (7/01). Feedback was provided on the same day, but the feedback was unrelated to my question. I responded by asking for a more detailed breakdown of what I was unsure of. No feedback has been received since then. It has been 84 hours and no reply.
