Delay from FNB on transfers

It's the second time now when money is transferred from a FNB account to me ,the money is shown via SMS but the actual money don't reflect .also I was sent money via PayPal the money has been transfered from my PayPal to my FNB account and after 4 days nothing is reflecting seems FNB it's becoming a norm now to delay customers money
