Delay for Bond reviewal

I made a Homeloan from FNB in November 2019 and it was approved but with a precondition for registration. FNB Approval Agreement clause 5.10 (b-c) reserves the right to revoke the loan if my financial position changes for the worst or if any new adverse information arises before registration. In February 2020 the bank revoked this loan for a R1000.00 debt that Pinehaven Hospital claimed I owe them without even speaking to me. I explained to the bank that I did not owe Pinehaven Hospital anything and gave them the proof. Within 48hrs the loan was reinstated.

In March I wrote to the Bank to revoke the Loan because of Covid-19 Financial meltdown which has affected my affordability to to pay the loan. I sent them the proof and asked them to use the clause 5.10 (b-c) they invoked when they said I owe Pinehaven Hospital, but the bank now is giving me a run around not wanting to revoke the loan when I ask them to do that. It has been two weeks since I submitted this to their Customer Care Unit.Ref *** NFQ. I spoke to Yandiswa, Verona, Karabo, Ayanda all promising that Nislah Singh will deal with this to no avail. Now they want my salary slips and income and expenditure which I sent with all explanation of why I cannot afford this loan. I also sent this information again, with no avail. Why would the bank force a loan to a client who says I cannot afford it? Mzi
