Went to one of their atm, as a capitec client. Withdrew R600 but only got R550 and a fnb piece of paper with the days date and an official bank stamp. With to Maponya mall branch and was met with understanding and quick apologies as it's a usual mistake or ***** that happens in my opinion. Was quickly asked for banking details to be replaced, until they found out I use capitec then was told to go fill out a form with my bank to investigate.
