Deformation of character
I never realised that FNB condoned the use of their email address to slander existing clients. The person in question is employed in the department which deals with drop safes in Johannesburg. I have reported the issue to FNB numerous times and no one seems to care about the matter in question. In the event that this is not addressed I will be seeking legal action. Regard this as a matter of urgency

Typing error when typing initial complaint heading , due to me being very frustrated with no feedback for a week.
The email was sent to one of my service providers who would like to remain anonymous, I asked him to share the email with me as he verbally told me what was said in the email and he said he could not forward the email as the email comes from an FNB email address and it has a disclaimer.
