Definitely leaving fnb premier bank

It's been over 1 week regarding my bad service with FNB. I received a called saying my funds will be transf within 5 working days. I even have a reference number which is ***. Been 5 working days nothing. I spoke on two different occasions in this week to agents which they treat you like atter nonsense. Differently leaving this bank as Discovery wants me. Fnb will just take money but there service is not good at all.
