Defect on FNB App and Contact Centre no answering calls after 17:00
FNB Banking App, Doesn't have option forgot username and password. Therefore, there's no way currently on the app to use your card number and pin. Please fix your App, since your test manager is sleeping at work. Also you operating hours state 07:00 - 19:00, but your contact centre 087 number is not being answered by your agents.
