I paid up my personal loan on the 20 December 2025, on the 24 December my account was debited for the installment. I've been enquiring about the refund as the loan is paid up. I find this service extremely pathetic and unprofessional. Up to date I have not yet received my refund/reversal. I think it's time I close my account rather. I can't have an account with a bank with this kind of service.
