Deeply disappointed FNB

I am deeply disappointed with the service at FNB Maponya mall branch! on the 17th of July I deposited R6000 at the ATM on site into my cheque account.It counted the money incorrectly to a sum of R4800 and rejected a R200 note and I placed the R200 note In the machine as I tried to cancel the transaction , and the machine shut suddenly and a printout stating the transaction was "UNSUCCESSFUL" was issued.I immediately spoke to the guard onsite and was told to go inside the branch, went in and filled a claim and had to go back to the branch four times already for feedback since I haven't received my funds, it's been over two weeks now and last evening I got a call to be told that I cancelled the transaction and took back the cash, how absurd.
