after receiving thee worst service from FNB as usual I complained here on hello peter and an angel was sent my direction. Deepika managed to sort out my query in less than 24hours. this is after I spent 2 days on the phone with consultants transferring me from one department to the other, getting ****py answers when all there was , was a SYSTEM GLITCH. Deepika got to the bottom of this so quickly I actually began to doubt every single person that I ever spoke to.
just want to take time to give a massive shout out to DEEPIKA MAHARAJ for her outstanding work, wish u were appointed as my private banker. you are amazing
