De*****ed R8999 on my FNB account and nothing done by the bank till now

I have been de*****ed R8999 on my FNB account this morning. The ****mer used my cheque card number to buy online at Apple.com/bill. When you buy online with FNB card, there is pop up that comes up on your app, then you sign in and approve. I never approved any purchase of that amount for Apple and I use fingerprint to log in so it's clear that i never approved but my money gone. FNB does not even tell me what happened. I will not advise anyone to join this bank. I have to leave it before its too late
