DE*****ED FROM THE FNB ***** DEPARTMENT

We got a call from the FNB ***** line claiming there were suspicious transactions going through. My husband took the call trusting it was legit because the number came from the ***** line. The **** artist withdrew R8000 from our FNB acc, while claiming to assist us. The ***** was on the phone for 37 minutes supposedly helping us with suspicious transactions!!!This is very disappointing if this is happening from inside the ***** division. We have reported it. The agent said the online transactions can't be reversed!!! I rang the number the ****mer called from and it went to the ***** Line! *** Awaiting a response from the banks investigation. We want our money back please!!! This is completely unacceptable!!!
