De*****ed by FNB

I was de*****ed my pension money (R ***) on the 1st December 2022. The money was transferred from Capitec Bank on the 29th November 2022, credited into FNB Zero account (680 000) and reflected on my FNB account on the 30th November 2022(R680 000). The following day on the 1st December 2022, the same amount of money was transferred from my FNB Zero Account to my FNB Easy account and withdrawn immediately without any prior notice in a foreign province (Gauteng Province). I was kidnapped and unconscious that morning with my disabled son from our home in Zeerust (North West) and the lady whom I met when I first regained my consciousness, claimed to be working at FNB and on that day it was her “off day”. She took me to the toilets and then FNB- Northgate branch. On the entrance of FNB branches (by the door), there is a notice that states that “all cash is secured with time delay mechanisms. Withdrawals in excess of R50 000 require 24 hours notice.” But they have exceeded that limit without the 24 hours notice on that particular day 1st December 2022. I do not remember most of the things happened that day , but I do remember that the lady who accompanied me to FNB, She was busy on both of my cell phones the entire time, and she is the one who speaking in Zulu (language that I do not speak or understand) with the FNB consultant.

I have open a police case and been lodging complains with FNB ***** Department from December 2022 and now 8 months later it is still back and forth. I lodged a complaint with the Ombudsman, and FNB response was that " I have served a notice a day before via phone call", and that is false because on the 30th of November 2022 I was sane and conscious and I do not make any phone call for a notice, let alone at Randburg Northgate Mall while there is a nearest FNB here in Zeerust; also if I 'served that notice' how is it possible because my money was on the Zero account, it only got transferred to my Easy account on the same day that it was taken ( 01 December 2022), how could I have made a notice of money on my Easy account while the money was not in it yet?

There is something shady happening with FNB and this bank is protecting the culprits that de*****s people's money.
